Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and estimated delivery timeline.  

Estimated Delivery Duration  

Depending on your location, your order will typically be delivered within 3-8 business days. We are committed to ensuring timely deliveries and work diligently to get your items to you as soon as possible.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal of the package, our courier will attempt delivery two more times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. You may request a re-delivery, which will require an additional shipping fee.  

Handling Lost or Damaged Shipments  

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items securely. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours with photographic proof of the damage. In cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate the issue and either arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on the findings.
