Return Eligibility & Guidelines
Customers may initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
All tags, invoices, and packaging must remain intact.
We advise retaining the original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Refund Policy & Processing Time
Once the returned product has been received and inspected to ensure compliance with our return criteria, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that refunds are applicable only for products that meet our return conditions. Items exhibiting damage, wear, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund.
